"Platform"), an initiative by SWI Knowledge Resources LLP. By

relatives, friends, or social media platforms. Unauthorized sharing will result
in account suspension or termination without a refund. Access to purchased
content is non-transferable.
2. Account Registration
2.1 To access the Platform, users must create an account using accurate and
up-to-date information. Users are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of their login credentials and ensuring the security of their
accounts.
2.2 SWI Knowledge Resources LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate
accounts found to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Content Ownership and Usage
3.1 All materials, including but not limited to course content, videos, texts,
graphics, and downloadable materials, are the intellectual property of SWI
Knowledge Resources LLP or its content contributors.

3.3 Access to purchased workshops is time-bound and will expire after the
prescribed duration or six months from the date of purchase, whichever is
earlier.

help Spell Well India competition participants prepare for national-level competitions
and achieve better outcomes.
4.2 The Platform also offers workshops for educators, parents, businesspersons,
and other individuals seeking to enhance their skills and knowledge.
4.3 Each workshop’s price is set in line with industry standards, reflecting
the cost of development and ensuring maximum value for participants.
4.4 SWI Knowledge Resources LLP makes no guarantees regarding specific
outcomes, as results depend on individual effort and engagement.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
5.1 Users must pay the specified fees for accessing workshops or courses.
5.2 Payments are non-refundable under any circumstances. Ensure that you review
the course details carefully before making a purchase.
5.3 SWI Knowledge Resources LLP reserves the right to modify course fees or
payment terms at any time, with or without prior notice.
5.4 Payments must be completed using valid payment methods as specified on the
Platform. In case of payment failure, access to the purchased content may be
restricted until full payment is received.
6. Prohibited Activities
6.1 Users agree not to engage in activities that may disrupt or interfere with
the proper functioning of the Platform, including but not limited to hacking,
data mining, or unauthorized access to Platform content.
6.2 Harassment, abusive behavior, or any activity violating the rights of other
users or SWI Knowledge Resources LLP will result in account suspension or
termination.
7. Certificates and Materials
7.1 Digital certificates will be available to participants within their
dashboard after successful completion of workshops or contests.
7.2 Certificates are non-transferable and must not be altered or shared without
authorization.
7.3 Physical kits or materials (if applicable) will be sent to the user’s
registered address. Users must ensure their provided information is accurate.
8. Privacy Policy
8.1 By using the Platform, users consent to the collection and use of their
personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy outlined on the official
website of Spell Well India and ‘Platform’.
8.2 Users must ensure their provided information is accurate and up-to-date.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
9.1 The Platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and
"as available" basis. SWI Knowledge Resources LLP does not guarantee
uninterrupted or error-free access.
9.2 SWI Knowledge Resources LLP shall not be liable for any direct, indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
